Magic Square

The Square Sums

There are seven square sums by the law of the Seven. There are seven planets in the Book of Alchemy. There are seven ancient metals known to the world. There are seven archangels who rule each planet respectively. We will start with the number 3 all the way to the number 9, because it is virtually impossible to create a magic square out of one and two. All square sums are derived from the magic squares.

III) 3. The number of 3 is multiplied exponentially by 2. The result is 9, related with Yesod, or the foundation. You start from 9 and add the next decreasing number which is 8. Then you add 7, and you continue on until you reach 1. So: 9 + 8 + 7 + 6 + 5 + 4 + 3 + 2 + 1 = 45. 45 is kabbalistic number of Adam (אדם). So, the number 45 is associated with the square sum of Saturn, whose regent is Orifiel.

IV) 4. The number of 4 is multiplied exponentially by 2. The result is 16, related with Fragility, or the tower of Babel struck by lightning of Yah-Hovah. You start from 16 and add the next decreasing number which is 15, as you would do for the square sum of Saturn until you reach 1. So: 16 + 15 + 14 + 13 + 12 + 11 + 10 + 9 + 8 + 7 + 6 + 5 + 4 + 3 + 2 + 1 = 136. 136 is the square sum of Jupiter, whose regent is Zachariel.

V) 5. The number of 5 is multiplied exponentially by 2. The result is 25. You start from 25 and add the next decreasing number until you reach to 1, as you would do for the square sum of Jupiter. So: 25 + 24 + 23 + 22 + 21 + 20 + 19 + 18 + 17 + 16 + 15 + 14 + 13 + 12 + 11 + 10 + 9 + 8 + 7 + 6 + 5 + 4 + 3 + 2 + 1 = 325. 325 is the square sum of Mars, whose regent is Samael.

VI) 6. The number of 6 is multiplied exponentially by 2. The result is 36. You start from 36 and add the next decreasing number until you reach to 1, as you would do for the square sum of Mars. So: 36 + 35 + 34 + 33 + 32 + 31 + 30 + 29 + 28 + 27 + 26 + 25 + 24 + 23 + 22 + 21 + 20 + 19 + 18 + 17 + 16 + 15 + 14 + 13 + 12 + 11 + 10 + 9 + 8 + 7 + 6 + 5 + 4 + 3 + 2 + 1 = 666. 666 is the square sum of the Sun, whose regent is Michael. 666 is also the indecision of either the Virgin or the Prostitute. The Virgin is the Kabbalistic number of AUM. The Prostitute is the number of the Beast.

VII) 7. The number of 7 is multiplied exponentially by 2. The result is 49. You start from 49 and add the next decreasing number until you reach to 1, as you would do for the square sum of the Sun. So: 49 + 48 + 47 + 46 + 45 + 44 + 43 + 42 + 41 + 40 + 39 + 38 + 37 + 36 + 35 + 34 + 33 + 32 + 31 + 30 + 29 + 28 + 27 + 26 + 25 + 24 + 23 + 22 + 21 + 20 + 19 + 18 + 17 + 16 + 15 + 14 + 13 + 12 + 11 + 10 + 9 + 8 + 7 + 6 + 5 + 4 + 3 + 2 + 1 = 1,225. 1,225 is the square sum of Venus, whose regent is Auriel.

VIII) 8. The number of 8 is multiplied exponentially by 2. The result is 64. You start from 64 and add the next decreasing number until you reach to 1, as you would do for the square sum of Venus. So: 64 + 63 + 62 + 61 + 60 + 59 + 58 + 57 + 56 + 55 + 54 + 53 + 52 + 51 + 50 + 49 + 48 + 47 + 46 + 45 + 44 + 43 + 42 + 41 + 40 + 39 + 38 + 37 + 36 + 35 + 34 + 33 + 32 + 31 + 30 + 29 + 28 + 27 + 26 + 25 + 24 + 23 + 22 + 21 + 20 + 19 + 18 + 17 + 16 + 15 + 14 + 13 + 12 + 11 + 10 + 9 + 8 + 7 + 6 + 5 + 4 + 3 + 2 + 1 = 2,080. 2,080 is the square sum of Mercury, whose regent is Raphael.

IX) 9. The number of 9 is multiplied exponentially by 2. The result is 81. You start from 81 and add the next decreasing number until you reach to 1, as you would do for the square sum of Mercury. So: 81 + 80 + 79 + 78 + 77 + 76 + 75 + 74 + 73 + 72 + 71 + 70 + 69 + 68 + 67 + 66 + 65 + 64 + 63 + 62 + 61 + 60 + 59 + 58 + 57 + 56 + 55 + 54 + 53 + 52 + 51 + 50 + 49 + 48 + 47 + 46 + 45 + 44 + 43 + 42 + 41 + 40 + 39 + 38 + 37 + 36 + 35 + 34 + 33 + 32 + 31 + 30 + 29 + 28 + 27 + 26 + 25 + 24 + 23 + 22 + 21 + 20 + 19 + 18 + 17 + 16 + 15 + 14 + 13 + 12 + 11 + 10 + 9 + 8 + 7 + 6 + 5 + 4 + 3 + 2 + 1 = 3,321. 3,321 is the square sum of the Moon, whose regent is Gabriel.

All of these square sums can be made into audio tones using Audacity (https://www.audacityteam.org/). You can generate, or create a tone, using the Generate menu, and then you click on the button: “tone...”. You can create frequencies of 45, 136, 325, 666, 1225, 2080, and 3321 on any length of time you want. I, Juan Mirieth Auriel, recommend 12 minutes. You can also use fade in (30 seconds after beginning) and fade out (30 seconds before ending) from the “Effect” menu in order to avoid an audio shock from strong amplitude. There is a little warning to these audio square sums. Both the square sums of Saturn and Jupiter have low bass tones, yet square sums of Mercury and the Moon have very strong, high-pitched tones, which may result in temporary deafness. Only Saturn and Jupiter square sums requires headphones at the minimum sound threshold of 20 Hz; otherwise, you cannot or barely hear these tones.
